When appropriate, we can move beyond talking about the issue and use the Extraordinary Path Protocol to address the underlying invisible barrier.
The process is non-talking and highly confidential. You are not required to disclose the details of painful, traumatic or deeply personal experiences in order to work with them.
The purpose isn't to endlessly revisit your past.
Intentionally kept small, so support stays highly personal.
Two Private Executive Mentoring Sessions Each Month
Confidential one-to-one virtual sessions focused entirely on the issues, decisions and opportunities that matter to you.
Access to the Extraordinary Path Protocol
Private non-talking sessions are available when appropriate as part of your membership at no additional cost.
Between-Session Support
Sometimes you don't need another appointment — you need perspective before tomorrow's meeting. Members have reasonable access between scheduled sessions for time-sensitive questions and support.
Priority Scheduling
When something significant happens, members receive priority access wherever possible.
Quarterly Path Review
Every three months, we'll step away from the immediate demands and look at the bigger picture: where you are, what's changing, what you want next and what may need your attention.
